Farro represents Aruba at the 2021 Pan American Junior Games
HIGH EARTH, Ind. – Freshman from the State of Indiana Chloe Farro will represent his home country, Aruba, at the 2021 Pan American Junior Games on November 29 and 30. Farro will compete in the 50 and 100 freestyle in Cali, Colombia.
Farro will compete in the 100m freestyle on Monday, while taking on the field in the 50m freestyle on Tuesday. A live PPV broadcast of the event can be found here: PANAM sports channel

A native of Savaneta, Aruba, Farro has competed internationally in recent years for the Aruban Swimming Federation. She had the two best times at the Uana Swimming Cup in February and won bronze in the 50 freestyle at the CCCAN Swimming Championships in 2018.
She also represented Team Aruba at the 7th FINA World Junior Championship in Budapest, Hungary last summer. She competed in the 50m freestyle, 100m freestyle, 50m butterfly and 50m breaststroke, while posting her best time in the 50m freestyle at the championships.
Most recently, Farro made his way into the pool for the Sycamores as the freshman just won an academic record at the Kansas Classic. She smashed the school’s record in the 50 and 100-meter freestyle events at the three-day competition in Topeka, Kan. Her time of 23.53 set the ISU’s new record in the 50, while her 50.85 was a new record in the 100 meters.
In addition to representing Aruba at the Games, Farro also served as the delegation’s co-flag bearer at the Pan Am Junior Games earlier this week.
After the first part of the week, Farro and the Sycamores are back in action on Saturday, December 4 as Indiana State hosts Bellarmine and Eastern Illinois at the Indiana State Tri-Meet at Vigo County Aquatic. Center. The senior Sycamore meet will start at 3 p.m.
