Luther Champions 200m Fly at the USA Swimming Phillips 66 National Championships

IRVINE, Calif. – New Longhorn Dakota Luther was crowned the 2022 Phillips 66 200m Fly National Champion Tuesday night at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Center.

The Georgia transfer earned the Longhorns lone medal after setting a personal best 2:07.02. No Kelly finished just off the podium with a fourth place finish and a time of 2:08.39, while Emma Sticklen finished eighth with his time of 2:11.00.

Erica Sullivan closed the first day of competition with a fourth place finish in the 800m freestyle final with a time of 8:34.37.

Competition continues Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. (CT) in the 200m free preliminaries.

The competition finals will be broadcast live on the Olympic Channel each day beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT, and all events will be streamed live at usaswimming.org/streaming. The full broadcast schedule can be found here, and tickets are still available at usaswimming.org/tickets.
